    <description>&lt;P&gt;The Audio Sync is pretty bad on the Pro box, but its late....so adding delay only makes it worse, by far and away the worst it ever is is on TNT Sports Ultimate via the EPG, the same via Discovery Plus app on Apple TV is closer. Overtime ones eyes/mind can adjust and audio sync is a huge subjective thing, as much as I support that it should be objective, some people are more sensitive than others, also sometimes when viewing some 24p content then switching to 25fps or 50fps can look out of sync, when actually we are determining a change in frame rate. I find myself staring at just the mouths of people and even if its good sync eventually it looks out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My recommendation to anyone struggling with sync (based on my experience) is to switch off ALL TV enhancements like noise correction, motion smoothing and so on, if you have a GAME mode use that, all those enhancements are disabled, when they are on they can add what either looks like a delay, or we perceive as a delay, and the perceived delay can vary from source to source. You mail nail the audio sync on one source only to change to another and it be out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Pro box still seems to have drifted out of lip-sync every time I turn it back on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This can sometimes be fixed by changing the resolution to 1080p and then back again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone at BT confirm that a permanent fix this issue is being worked on please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I now only use my box for recordings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A great shame.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve had to whack the audio delay up way more than I imagined. Think I’ve got it on about 160ms now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems to have done the trick, but I’m really surprised this hasn’t been fixed by now. Other than this I do think it’s a great box, I’m really impressed to be honest.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for there not being any staff on this forum, well there definitely are!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/311484"&gt;@Matomo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;how are you connected up with the box?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For me it's all hdmi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Probox -&amp;gt; Sony av amp - &amp;gt; Sony bravia tv&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before my amp upgrade, I had the box connected this way...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Probox - &amp;gt; Sony bravia TV - &amp;gt; Sony av amp old (connected to TV via optical cable)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My old method had lipsync issues, yet new method doesn't. Some who have soundbars and av amps connected via arc/eARC also had no issues either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It does have HDMI input yes, that’s how I’m getting the audio to it at the moment, I’m fully HDMI.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Worth mentioning that I didn’t have lip-sync problems with Sky, and I don’t have lip-sync problems with any other types of BT TV box. I’ve got them all and have tried.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Earc port to sonos.&amp;nbsp; Tried every adjustment to remedy and only solution is to switch bt box back to stereo.&amp;nbsp; If I compare to the terrestrial channels on the TV itself, No lip sync issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes same here. I have Freesat and Freeview on the TV itself. Both fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this didn’t happen on Sky with the exact same setup. Also doesn’t happen on the latest BT TV Mini box. It’s purely on the Pro.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an old bt dtr t2100 box. Plugged it in and tested if lip sync still exists. Sound perfect on terrestrial and stream/sports channels. Might just be placebo effect but convinced my sky sports football is clearer on the old box (stream channel)?? There isn't a haze that I always feel there is on the tv pro box.&amp;nbsp; Maybe I've got a dud&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My set up is the same as others.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I select the surround setting the audio sync is awful, so have to switch back to stereo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The lack of apps, the poor integration of ITVX etc, do we think Youview is on the way out ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All in all a great shame, as the Pro Box could have been really good.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It has one special app though called 'youview' which is to access the ip/terrestrial channels.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However every app except Iplayer, itvx, and all4 are in the google side. Yes you do get apple tv, you do get disney+ etc etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps BT might have to go down that route. The box is untested on BT and I doubt it would work if one tried. (well the app via my sonyTV does nothing and thats connected to the internet as well)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
