    <description>&lt;P&gt;The 150 service is awful, I didn’t mention the operators. You cannot email customer service, the chat bot just refers you to 150&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT need to increase their staffing so that paying customers are not forced to wait 30 plus minutes. yes I&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;have tried a different time and a different day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No way to message from your account and get a call back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For such a major communication provider they could do better.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got loads of emails, ring us and upgrade..........&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;rang 4-5 times minimum 30 minute wait&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried on lone chat sends you back to 150&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any other way of contacting BT / EE ???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not fair to say awful&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/312573"&gt;@davidjill2018&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;as it sounds like you haven't actually managed to speak to them yet.&amp;nbsp; They're just a bit busy at the moment, so queue times are long.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately there's no other way to get in touch for what you're after.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm afraid after having problems with BT, since June 4th 2024 and problemly speaking to 40+ Advisors and only now getting close to resolving the Fred Karno's circus that it is I think I'm&amp;nbsp; well within my rights to call it out as it is.&amp;nbsp; 'Awful Service'&lt;/P&gt;</description>
