    <description>&lt;P&gt;When fast forwarding a tnt sports recording to say 30min and then selecting play, the bottom status banner stays on. This happens about 50% of the time. Other times it turns off after about 10mins. &amp;nbsp;How can I remove it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you had a chance to check if any other apps or streaming services to see if this issue occurs with those?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you haven't already it's worth doing a &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/tv/fix-a-problem/tv-boxes/how-do-i-reset-my-bt-tv-box-" target="_blank"&gt;reset on your box&lt;/A&gt; using the buttons on the front.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unlike when you do a factory reset via the menus, this won't typically affect your saved settings and recording.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
