Unfortunately this guidance just doesn't work on my BT EE TV Pro - setting the parental guidance PIN has no effect on the YouTube app. It seems totally crazy that we have no way of controlling access to any of the apps, to chose to delete one if we want or have them PIN restricted. Even if I set up a kids YouTube profile, they can just click on my main 'adult' profile and view the entirety of YouTube unrestricted!!!

It's really not good enough. Anyone have any more ideas about how to actually put controls in place?

See https://ee.co.uk/youtube - you can enable parental controls to require a PIN before the app can be launched.

Once the controls are enabled, the app won't even launch without the PIN. Are you enabling the PC after setting the PIN?
