      <title>EE pro TV box remote control.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Am I missing something or is the new remote control not as good as the old one?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whilst the new one, has linked to the LG TV and can control Volume and AV settings, the old one could switch the TV on or off, as well as the box (two buttons) Have I missed something or is this a retrograde remote &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It may be a compatibility issue but a couple of things to try.&amp;nbsp; Make sure when you go into Bluetooth remote in the settings it is set to set top box and not TV, also to turn off the TV normally takes you holding down the BT/EE button for a few seconds the box would go off 1st then the Tav&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/168569"&gt;@DigitalDave&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Yes it can, although I find it requires you to hold your finger/thumb on the BT/EE button for an extra couple of seconds. I assume that you have the Bluetooth remote set to tv rather than set top box in settings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
