NOW TV

Hi, I am unable to activate my NOW TV package either on my laptop or Samsung TV. It just keeps wanting to charge me £9.99 to view. I have the membership as part of my BT package. Help!

Your TV box is automatically set up for NOW via the app but not other devices. Do a password reset on the email address you use for NOW to log in and that should all be ok. You will have an email from when you set up your service showing what the NOW registered email address is and this has to match. If not and you can't use that email address or it looks wrong call customer service and they will get it updated

Thanks, Seems the issue is that there is a typo in the email that BT used to setup the NOW TV. Just waiting on them fixing
