BT PRO BOX ISSUES

Asking if anyone else has had issues recently, with their pro box? In the last 2 weeks, my box has shut itself down a few times, rebooted randomly and the functionality to be able to rewind live TV has stopped working. Has there been a software update as the last time I had issues with my box like this, it transpired it was software related.

Do you ever experience the shut downs and reboots when watching live Tv when not using the truck play pause/rewind/fast forward or only when you use that functionality. Does the problem ever occur whilst using the box apps to view on demand or only when on viewing the EPG channels ?
