&lt;P&gt;Are you still seeing the same thing on your Youview box today, or has it gone back to normal?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are still struggling with the apps, can you try to do a factory reset of the box? This would wipe any recordings that you have on the box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Youview box problems</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Youview box today has problems loading the My TV function. The guide is fine, but some of the apps won't load. The recordings and scheduled recordings are loading but not the watchlist. The films will only partly load - the Popular will not but most of the to rent or buy will. We got error messages YVM104 and YVM503. Have followed the instructions, have turned it off and on again, have turned off the hub and rebooted. We have power line adapters, took those off and put them next to each other in a double socket. Still problems. Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/check-service-status" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.bt.com/help/check-service-status&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This issue was flagged up as a known problem which BT were working on and hoping to resolve yesterday. It was discussed across both BT &amp;amp; EE Community forums. According to the status above it appears to have been resolved now and our box is now working normally too.</description>
