Now TV email address

I have placed an order for the Full Works TV package. I have checked the details on my confirmation email from BT and the email address I need to use to watch Now TV is incorrect. It is an old email address I do not use any more. How do I change it to my current email address?

You will need to contact BT and they will get it updated. The box will work with an old email address but to watch on anything else you need the correct one so you can set up a password to log in

Thank you, I will do that. It is a bit of a mystery why they used a defunct email address.
