      <title>Upgraded to Full Works package. Tnt not working.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I upgraded to the full works package.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Apparently I am switching over to EE from BT as it works out cheaper.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was told I would be able to watch Sky sports and TNT sports straight away until my activation date of the 29th&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem I have is I can watch all my Sky TV channels through Now but TNT sports isn't working neither is the Discovery channel. Just says contact provider which I did yesterday and they just said I should wait 24 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone had this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just changed over from BT TV and thought I was on the equivalent TV package but turns out there has been some kind of mix up and some of my HD stuff has disappeared.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was on the BT Big Entertainment Max package with HD add on. Odd things are now missing, for example, since the changeover I can't watch Sky News on HD. Not exactly a huge deal but why?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The EE helpdesk are nice friendly folks but cannot seem to get to the bottom of it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One week in but no resolution yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/99274"&gt;@ssrco02&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had the HD offering, HD plus Now Boost, on BT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Migrated to EE, this turned into Now Boost only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I can’t, for example, get Discovery HD (325) though I can get Discovery (320)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I can get Sky News HD (385), so I don’t know why you can’t, unless this needs Boost, and you have lost Boost as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check your plan; is Now Boost gone also?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems though, that HD has become unavailable as an add-on with EE since the February 6th price list, unless you have Sports, which I think is a mistake.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But you need to be posting this in the EE Community now, if the right people are to see it. Could happen here, but more certain to happen there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, just had a phone call back from the EE team in Newcastle who have been working on this problem.&amp;nbsp; They apparently have struggled&amp;nbsp; but it now seems to be sorted!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure I really understand but it was some kind of issue with how the various packages were built.&amp;nbsp; Apparently mine had started with the Sports HD and the Entertainment was added on and that did not allow the HD boost to give us the Sky News HD without being charged twice for the HD.&amp;nbsp; Sounds a bit weird, they thought it might have worked if it had been built the other way around?&amp;nbsp; They are investigating how the packages get combined in case it happens to someone else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might also have been more complicated because I am on the BT Pro Box Trial but not sure about that either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, its been fixed!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;One curosity you mention that&amp;nbsp; you &lt;EM&gt;was on the BT Big Entertainment Max package with HD add on.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Whilst there is a Big Entertainment package and there was a legacy Entertainment Max paackage I don't think there was a Big Entertainment Max package.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, I may not have explained it very well in all the confusion over various packages!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; That is what I have written down at the beginning of trying to sort it all out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It didn't help that there is a Full Works broadband package and that is apparently nothing to do with the Full Works channels package.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
