How do you connect a pro box without an aerial or ethernet but with a mini connector?

Again the Pro Box will connect via wi-fi, have you not tried?

I am trying to find out how to do that. But then I am not the brightest technically.

BT is sending out an engineer as they can't connect it either. Thanks for your help.

I assume by "mini-connector" you actually mean (full-size) HDMI connector, and I'll lay odds your new TV does indeed have one of these!

Mini-connectors used to be called power line adapters. They are plugged into a wall socket and one is upstairs where the hub is and one is downstairs where the TV is. HDMI connector is a cable and it has a connector site on the TV.
