Are they working on updating the youview software? .so we cab search across all the apps paramount plus and netflix would be a great addition .and to be able to put them in your watch list ...cabt help but think that it's all feeling a bit dated compared to other providers

Well the moderation team did follow the absence of Netflix results in the universal search over 3 years ago. (the netflix content used to be included but stopped in 2021). We are now in 2025 !

Thanks for your patience.

We’ve spoken to our BT TV team following your question about the BT TV Box Pro universal search. We've recently made an update to our search capability and the changes mean that Netflix content is not included in the search. The team are working to re-introduce this as soon as possible but they don’t have a confirmed date at the moment. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

BT/EE and Youview are working with both Paramount and Netflix to integrate their content as much as possible onto the platform, including in search. There is development required on both sides to enable this but we are working to enhance this feature and include as much content as possible in the future. Watch this space!

It gets up my back when you search for something and it says available on prime when
It's actually available on netflix
And prime you can't add to my tv .just search

Are you saying that Search sends you to the wrong provider, rather than just one of several providers who have it, where Prime doesn’t happen to be your favourite?

From your last point, you can add Prime programmes to your Watchlist within Prime, though.

Say i searched ...breaking bad

It will come up with it to purchase from a diffrent provider/app ..but it's on netflix ..and you can't add it to your watch list

Only in separate apps

If you look at sky stream you can put anything in to your watch lost so you can keep all your shows in one place. I domt understand why we can't on youview
