      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just been moved to fibre and now get this error when trying to watch tv. The helpline said it could take a week ? I’ve seen other people with this issue can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Most likely that your EETV service has not reallocated to your new fibre broadband line&amp;nbsp; one your move occured- i imagine it is simple fix ,BUT unfortunately current resourcing and processes seem to result in the delays that the helpdesk timescale estimate .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hopefully your on demand players (including those that also show linear TV channels) are functioning so you can at least watch something.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Suggest you do raise a complaint as A ) the problem should not have occured on the switch to fibre&amp;nbsp; , B) the timeline&amp;nbsp; for resolution is too long.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
