If the picture still shows when the power is removed from the box that suggest to me that it is the TV itself that is showing the picture. Have you checked that the TV input source (HDMI port) is switched to the one the box is plugged into?

The screen for my EE tv package is completely frozen. At the minute the screen has a picture of the Property Brothers new show. Even if I disconnect the power from the box that screen still shows. The Discovery app I downloaded works fine but I want the actual EE tv. I hope this makes sense.

Of course I can’t get through to BT at all as usual. It’s driving me mental! Any help appreciated.
