Thanks that seems to have done the trick!

I was trying to avoid doing the reset as I thought we had recorded programmes we wanted to keep but it turns out we didn't!

Thanks again! 😊

Hello,

As of last night I am no longer able to watch BBC1!?

All I get is a turquoise screen with the EETV logo in the bottom right corner and some ambient music playing. I get no errors and I can record the blue screen… It’s as if the box thinks it is showing the channel. The info and the guide are also correct.

I can watch all the other BBC channels so I don’t think it’s related to my BBC account. BBC iplayer also still works,

I am on a BT Pro box (up to date software) using WiFi and have updated the channels several times to no avail.

Please help!

From the wording I would guess you are using internet mode otherwise called IP mode for your Freeview and not a traditional aerial? If that's the case then re tuning channels etc won't help as that's for aerial only. If you have already tried a software update and restarted the box at the power I would suggest a factory reset is needed. If you have recordings you won't want to loose there will be an option for a soft factory reset, the apps will sign out regardless but should fix the issue
