Hey there @BigDog.

Welcome back to the Community!

Is your TV Box connected via ethernet or WiFi, and when you switch this on are you still able to navigate the menus etc?

If it's a wired connection, I'd recommend checking to make sure all of your cables are securely connected, and try reinserting these if needs be too,

@Peter_W @BigDog

A box of that description is going to be Ethernet only.

So the key question is going to be is it a direct cable, or are there PowerLine Adaptors in the path?

I’d suggest (even though everything else is working) a flight of resets from the router outwards - router, router-end PLA (if applicable), Box-end PLA (if applicable), and finally, if the blue light hasn’t come back on, the Box. Touch the On/standby button for just over eight seconds and let it soft reboot.

As you do the above, make sure the cable(s) are seated properly on each device before rebooting it.
