      <description>&lt;P&gt;All preexisting scheduled recordings have gone. Setting up a new one results in nothing happening when the red R button is pressed. Handset works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The box tells me it is a Humax DTRT2100.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This page purportedly lists all supported boxes:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.youview.com/youview-box/box-and-remote/using-maintenance-mode/" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.youview.com/youview-box/box-and-remote/using-maintenance-mode/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It only shows a '2000' model of a somewhat similar name.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this&amp;nbsp; just website laziness or are we supposed to 'just know' ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either way am blocked in trying to proceed/schedule recordings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes box was powered off and left a while before restarting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Box tells the software is uptodate when I asked it to do an update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What now ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;YOUVIEW withdrew from direct customer facing support and now direct all support to the box manufacturers ,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The 2000 was a Humax retail model. Youview still display support documentation for that model.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The DTR 2100 model was a box made by Humax for BT so Youview direct you to BT.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The relevant support pages for the BT models which describe how to do reset are at.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are you able to play your old recordings &amp;nbsp;?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so try a maintenance mode reset &amp;nbsp;keeping recordings first. Instructions appear if you select your box image on that webpage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This may resolve your problem but it is more likely only a full reset deleting recordings will resolve.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Logic here is that a problem with you scheduling recordings may not be cleared by a maintenance mode reset that preserves recordings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Many thanks !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did the 'Keep Recordings' reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your logic was correct, scheduled recordings still nbg.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Swnbo has to go through to see what will be lost that she would like to save/recreate after we invoke the nuclear reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will post back when we cross that bridge&lt;/P&gt;</description>
