No, skip back also does not work. I want to know how to submit a bug report

Loss of sound after FF

My TV Box pro loses sound after I press fast forward on a recorded program. It seems related to the duration of the FF. it does not happen with a brief FF lasting a few seconds, but always happens after pressing FF of 10 or more seconds, regardless of whether it is on 2x, 6x or 12x. This is likely a bug as someone as asked the same question 3 years ago. How do I report the bug

The usual workaround is to do a Pause/Play to restore sound.

Sorry, tried pause/play…..still no sound.
Only solution so far is to switch the unit 'off' and 'on'.

Hi @Ccy,

Thanks for visiting the BT Community

Have you tried to do a reset of the box whilst keeping your recordings to see if that stops it reoccurring?

If that does not resolve it then it would be worth calling our TV team to report the issue and get some further help.

Alex

Yes, I have reset it, keeping recordings, but no difference. I think this is a software bug
