    <description>&lt;P&gt;You mentioned that the TV will pick up Freeview but the box will not? Providing you are using the same aerial cable that would suggest a box issue but you say you have swapped it out as well.&amp;nbsp; I would suggest calling technical support to look into it - as the box perhaps may need a booster for the aerial to work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After working fine for years my Youview box suddenly stopped picking up Freeview channels signals. Have re-set&amp;nbsp; , re scanner , tried a different Youview box but will only pick up 9 channels and poor quality. No issues with reception at the TV can pick up all the Freeview channels with the same cable&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As it has workec OK previously then it sounds like an aerial issue to me. Do you have some type of distribution amplifier feeding other TV's in the house by any chance? Could be an issue with that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
