    <description>&lt;P&gt;Had this once and after a few repairs and resets with the tech team, home and 9 then home and 7 it worked - I think I ended up taking the batteries out for around 30 seconds, before doing another reset/repair with the remote and finally got it working - If not I would call BT and speak to the technical team for a replacement remote.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I’ve had an issue recently where my HD channels went. I’m hoping that fixed now but I’ve been told to reset my box to allow a proper retune…after doing this it seems my remote isn’t talking to my box anymore. I’m at the “get started “ page and can’t click “ok” to get going…on and off work fine, but nothing else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive don’t the remote reset ans resync sequence but I’m having no joy at all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;help!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
