      <title>bt bb and ee tv delivery</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;hello , i re-contracted my bb with bt ,my tv and mobile with ee all done by bt ,she ordered a new eetv pro box and wifi extender , according to bt both the box and extender were dispached with 1 tracking&amp;nbsp; number so i would assume they would be bundled together&amp;nbsp; but today postie only delived the extender ,if the pro box does not turn up who should i contact , bt or ee ?&amp;nbsp; my details in my bt app say i do not have bb or tv only mobile and in&amp;nbsp; ee i only have mobile also . anybody got any ideas thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suspect that this thread on EE community relates to your issue as well&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/TV/bt-bb-and-ee-tv/td-p/1606692" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/TV/bt-bb-and-ee-tv/td-p/1606692&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully you have contacted the customer service and have an explanation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would expect if a customer has BT Broadband the EETV package would be ordered/billed by BT&amp;nbsp; and managed thru BT using their BT ID.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If a customer has EE Broadband the EETV package would be billed by EE and managed once provided&amp;nbsp; by EE and the EE app using their EE ID.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So if you have remained after renewing with Bt Broadband I would expect your EETV to be handled by them (BT).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
