    <description>&lt;P&gt;Try also force rebooting the TV - either at the power socket, or holding down the power button on the TV remote until it reboots.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also double check the HDMI connections are fully inserted at both ends.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;“You can't watch this programme on your TV as content protection could not be enabled error.”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Getting the above error message, nothing has changed, went to bed last night and woke to this message. I’ve reconnected, rebooted the box, done a factory reset, changed the port the HDMI goes into, changed the lead, basically everything that is suggested on the help guide and still nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suspect a glitch in the software on your TV, losing the HDCP negotiation with the TV Box.&amp;nbsp; Glad the reboot fixed it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
