    <description>The app is showing you what the cloud knows about your box. If you've paired again then it's definitely connected to the right box, and it confirms your box is online. So unfortunately that only leaves a software fault on the box. e.g. a corrupt index. It might need a factory reset of the box (after which you'll need to pair again).</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am finding that my EETV app (iOS) is still showing some recordings which have been deleted and not showing up some recordings which have been made and are still to be watched. I have unpaired and paired the box again and also deleted and reinstalled the app too, but it doesn’t seem to make any difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/255971"&gt;@DarrenDev&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Is this still within your area of expertise?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like your TV box isn't synchronising with the cloud. Have you tried rebooting it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve just tried that and also unpaired and deleted the app and it hasn’t made any difference. We had an electrical fault in the house which left us without broadband and EETV for 3 days over the weekend, and I’m wondering if that has had something to do with it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
