It directed me to call 0800 672 476, however I was told there’s an issue with my account preventing me from adding the TV package. When I called, the issue wasn’t resolved and I was told to call back next week. This is frustrating, please can you explain why I’m unable to order the TV package now and what exactly needs to be fixed?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
