    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So BT will automatically continue my extra subscriptions (cinema, boost)from my NOW Tv account?? unless i cancel?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I only renewed BT Broadband a few days ago, and on the NOW TV account page it says you'll need to make any membership changes through bt/ee account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As i only renewed my BT broadband a few days a go it says "i have an order in progress" maybe thats why? i believe my completion /activationdate is 19th may.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks Darren, this is all new to me&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>What happens to my existing NOW TV Cinema and boost subscription?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently renewed my BT broadband for 24months,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With it i get BT/EE TV added, The Entertainment package. Which includes Now TV Entertainment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I already have NOW TV separately for many years, including Entertainment, Cinema and Boost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My question is what happens to my Cinema and Boost that i currently am subscribed to, at the end of the current month? as they aren't included in the BT TV entertainment package, will it automatically be removed? and will i have to manually add Cinema via BT in future?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im currently getting cinema for £3.99 direct from now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on the Now tv app it says Cinema expires 28/05/2026..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also how many screens come with the BT TV Entertainment , i believe its 2 ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Craig&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;During the order process, you will have been asked to provide the email address to use for Now TV.&amp;nbsp; If you provided the email address for your existing account, any existing deals will have been cancelled and any subscriptions already paid for the future will be refunded.&amp;nbsp; You'll then be charged full price going forwards for any add-ons not included in your EE TV subscription.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you used a different email address for the order then your existing account will carry on as it is, and your new EE TV subscription will be on the other account.&amp;nbsp; You'll need to switch between them accordingly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thank you for your swift response Darren!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does that mean the cinema and boost will automatically roll over and be charged to my BT account/bill at full price? or do i have have to manually add them ? as i don't want to pay full price for cinema and boost. and i see i can no longer cancel the cinema and boost from my NOW TV app!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How many screens are permitted with the Entertainment package with Bt?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, they'll appear on your bill at full price.&amp;nbsp; When you say you cannot cancel them in the Now TV app, why is that?&amp;nbsp; It should be possible. If you'd like me to take a look, email me at &lt;A href="mailto:eetvsupport@ee.co.uk" target="_blank"&gt;eetvsupport@ee.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;with your account number. I can also cancel them if needed.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Send me an email anyway, just so I can double check what's happened - email &lt;A href="mailto:eetvsupport@ee.co.uk" target="_blank"&gt;eetvsupport@ee.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;with your account number, and the email address of your existing Now TV account.&amp;nbsp; I'll confirm with you exactly what's happening, and you can let me know if you want anything to be changed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
