      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Hello&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;I have a EE TV Pro Box and am having issues with recording from TNT sports &amp;nbsp;trying to record the French open tennis, I set the series record from the guide, the red light comes on the front of the box but when the recording has Finnish go to recordings on the box and it says recording failed, not on all recordings, it shows more than one re recording failed, have reset the box and reset the router but still facing the issue.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Have phoned BT tech support but they cannot find the fault all they do Is just send me a replacement box, but this issue happened on the all the EE TV pro box that they replace.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Thnks&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
