Utv app not opening

For the last couple of days have not been able to access the U tv app

I select the app and it initially opens but then screen goes black and nothing progresses. There is no error code. I can open other apps like Netflix and the iplayer and can stream U on my laptop
I have switched off and disconnected the box and then reconnected and its still the same

Any ideas? Many thanks

Unfortunately the best suggestion at this point would be to use the factory reset option on the TV box. If it's a TV Box Pro then you can select the option to keep recordings.

Thanks. I had read that. Will go ahead and do that and hopefully will sort the problem

Have just done the factory reset this morning and app is now working fine.
