      <title>Utv app not opening</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last couple of days have not been able to access the U tv app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I select the app and it initially opens but then screen goes black and nothing progresses. There is no error code. I can open other apps like Netflix and the iplayer and can stream U on my laptop&lt;BR /&gt;I have switched off and disconnected the box and then reconnected and its still the same&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas? Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Unfortunately the best suggestion at this point would be to use the factory reset option on the TV box. If it's a TV Box Pro then you can select the option to keep recordings.</description>
