BT Pro tv box

My box has failed and I have been told that a new one will be despatched.

I have checked the online order system and it says delayed.

Have spoken to BT a couple of times, they cannot tell when, what the delay is and when it will be despatched.

The only suggestion they had was to cancel the order and re-order, which will delay it even more.

There does not seem to be any urgency for an existing customer.

Very unhappy customer

With the relaunch of BT TV last week, the TV Box Pro has now changed shape again. We have plenty of stock of the new box, so I'm not sure why your order is currently showing "Awaiting Stock". I've asked a colleague to take a look.

Hopefully it will arrive sooner rather than later.

Its great to know that at least somebody knows whats going on.

Fault found, and is now being fixed (a disconnect between old and new product codes).

The order should hopefully progress tomorrow morning - I'll check when I sign on.

Are there any links to the afore mentioned newest shape for the BT TV Box Pro looks like?

I can confirm that your item has now been allocated, and should be collected by Evri today. It should be delivered by Saturday.
