BThomehub default password

Hey guys, to stop the kids messing with the BThomeHub settings which I put in place to monitor their PS3 and Xbox usage (yes im a meany), i took off the sticker and now Ive lost the sticker :smileyvery-happy: Would I have to phone BT or is there any other way to bypass this?

Many thanks....

Re: BThomehub default password

There is a card that comes with the hub which has the passwords on it - maybe still in the box unless thrown out

Wouldn't it have been easier just to change the password? Just curious.

Re: BThomehub default password

Well if it's a BTHHv2 type a then there's also a little white label on the underside:smileywink:

The admin password is repeated on there!!

But if it's a type b then you're up the creek without a paddle.

I doubt BT record which hub gets sent to customers so I'd be doubtful (based on security) they could give you the admin password based on the serial number (again on the underside).
