Frequent DCs

Hi,

 

We have been experience frequent DC's in the last 10 days.

 

I was aware our exchange was being upgraded / looked at on the 10th of June.

 

Is anybody available to help? Paddy helped with the last closure of another issue about 10 days ago also.

Have you tried the quiet line test dial 17070 option 2 you should hear no noise if you can hear noise then it needs reporting to BT faults on 151 with no mention of broadband in the call

you would have received an auto reply with a reference number as soon as you sent the mods contact us form
the mods are very busy at the moment and are taking 3/5 working days to reply personally once the contact form is in their work stack

Hi @Taylor1892,

 

I've ran a few test on your connection following the engineers visit. Its looking pretty good at the moment, your profile is sitting at just above 18Mbps. I do think it would be best to monitor the connection for a few days to make sure it remains stable. I'll check back with you on Friday to see how the connection is preforming.
