We have been experience frequent DC's in the last 10 days.
I was aware our exchange was being upgraded / looked at on the 10th of June.
Is anybody available to help? Paddy helped with the last closure of another issue about 10 days ago also.

I've ran a few test on your connection following the engineers visit. Its looking pretty good at the moment, your profile is sitting at just above 18Mbps. I do think it would be best to monitor the connection for a few days to make sure it remains stable. I'll check back with you on Friday to see how the connection is preforming.
