Just recently got BT Home Hub and eventually got it working on my BT line. Today Broadband is working but the telephone ling has gone dead. Tried to report a fault and was encouraged to do a self test. However, this can only be done if the line is not in use. As broadband is working there is no way to do a self test. After a few detours I sent an email. The concept of self testing may be fine but it cannot be done whilst online.
