Just looking for some guidance please.
I've had an issue over the last two weeks (telephone line dropping out and the speed of the broadband dropped to nearly nothing), engineer came out on Friday and fixed the problem which was located in one of the exchanges I believe. My question is.. How long should I give it until the speed of the broadband returns back to what it was previously.
The repair was made on Friday monring and its now monday evening and still no joy...
any help would be fantastic.
