Recently signed up with BT and had been happy with the service till I noticed some packet loss playing games yesterday. Today the signal is up and down again. Two weeks? :/
I would appreciate any knowledge on setting these graphs up on the BT hub. It's quite restrictive. I was with Virgin and they had a modem mode on the hub they used so you could use your own router, which I did. I had one of these graphs set up and the information was invaluable. It gives a great snapshot of the quality of the line/connection.
Any help would be appreciated.
