please reset noise margin. Or tell me how to get a PAC code.

My line was fixed on Friday 30th. The bb is now unusably slow - 0.2 Mbps. The hub was up for over 3 days but now seems to have reset itself while I was out (I did not reset it!) I DO NOT want to want another 3 days for a fix. Do I need to aslk for a PAC before I get some service? I lost a day's work on Friday - I expect my BB back TODAY. Re: please reset noise margin. Or tell me how to get a PAC code.

Hi you needto contact the forum mods at this link http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/4951 to get your noisemargin reset they are a small team of Bt specialists uk based who have an excellent record in getting problems fixed they will contact you by either phone or email normally within 72 hours they do need to see 3days stable connection before the reset can be done because without line stability your noise margin will just rise again

This is customer to customer self help forum the only Bt presence here are the forum moderators I know this is a frustrating situation but I am sorry nothing can be done any sooner and getting a MAC code will. Not help you as you will then end up with cancellation charges for ending your contract early this can be expensive please just sit it out the mods are great and they will get it sorted for you
