Problem being going on for years & years.
Hi @mrunhappy1, sorry that the broadband connection has gone faulty again so quickly.
If you haven't already done so please report the fault to get things moving and I'll send you a Private Message shortly so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to help you get this fixed.
Still have EE mini Hub from last fault a few weeks ago.
Please reactivate so we can get some sort of semblance of a service.
I also require you to check your records & confirm the number of faults on the line over a 3 year period and the number of engineer visits so I can take this further.
Please advise who I contact to make an official complaint.
