Looks like I will have to agree to a new contract to get bt to replace their faulty hub for free or buy a new hub . So do i need to buy another hub 4 or should I be looking for a 5 or 6 please
Seems odd that being loyal to BT for over 50 years they can't send me a free replacement hub, don't want a new contract as might be moving in July .
