Hi
any advice how to fix Parental controls on BT,
i complained many times and they changed the router after the signal keep cutting off, yet no one was able to sort out why parental controls not working, I blocked all the Games, Drugs, nudity, alcohol and tobacco, violence etc, but it is still accessable..
it used to work normal but since two weeks ago everything is open and no one at BT knows why,,
any advice please>?
