Today I had a schedule appointment in the morning with BT.
I started to wait from 8.00 all the way to 12.00, no one show up. I called to the customer services, the lady told me to wait till 13.00 and then you could complaint afterwards.
Till 13.00, no show, no phone call for cancellation.
When I complainted, no reason for explanation, just tell me that BT would give me an update by next Tue, then bye-bye.
Go to Live Chat for complaint, just kicking me the ball around for over 4 staff, Engineering, Billing, Accounts etc.....
If BT management read this complaint, could you accept the service level like this if you were me?
