Yeah sorry my mistake there, Openreach are the crux of the problem
It is amazing the lack of information Openrach share, its also amazing the way the opperate with utter isolation from the customers, they have licence to get away with doing as little as possible and take no responsibility.
Oh and BTW engineer 12 has aparently done lift and shift, but fault still here. Hurah!!! 😞
Robbie has been working hard to get everything sorted. So after 5 months and 15 engineers still happening so he got it sent through to BT Wholesale serious fault team.
I had presumed this was good news but seems some of them don't like the idea of doing there job!
Why they can't read server logs, see my connection drops all the time and investigate from there is beyond me.
We haven't had an update as yet today but Robbie will be picking up again tomorrow and will be in touch.

Very shoddy from them, first they try to push it back. Now they just do nothing!
