It's like the sometimes mysterious vanishing notes on your account when you talk to BT. Hands up who has in the past been told that notes have been added to their account only to find the next time they talk to BT that there is no record of any such notes. Has certainly happened to me on more than one occasion. 🙂

Yeah sorry my mistake there, Openreach are the crux of the problem

It is amazing the lack of information Openrach share, its also amazing the way the opperate with utter isolation from the customers, they have licence to get away with doing as little as possible and take no responsibility.

 

 

Oh and BTW engineer 12 has aparently done lift and shift, but fault still here. Hurah!!! 😞

Engineer 13 been, swapped phone line from pole to cab I think (he went to house rather than exchange while I was out)
Line quality now much worse attenuation gone from 56 (where it's been forever) to 60, connection barley 1mb, laggy as hell and still keeps dropping.
Apparently whenever 14 comes that will trigger high level faults? Team.
Staggering, really is.

Robbie has been working hard to get everything sorted. So after 5 months and 15 engineers still happening so he got it sent through to BT Wholesale serious fault team. 

I had presumed this was good news but seems some of them don't like the idea of doing there job!

Why they can't read server logs, see my connection drops all the time and investigate from there is beyond me.

3:16 phone line totally dead for 3 mins.
Dropped again now. 260ms ping and 0.7 download.
Why the hell can't I speak to wholesale?

So engineer 16 tomorrow. Fingers crossed he knows his stuff.

£60 spent on the Division, was looking forward to playing it for last 6 months.  Alas needs over 100 hours to upadte the 2.5gb file to play it. 😞
