Being Lead Around

Hi guys I reported my solid orange line at the beginning of the week, they red ftom their script in India, check thus check that... I can see a fault with the network. Ive sent an email they will contact you soon it can take upto but no longer than 48 hours. 48 hours came n went. Still no Internet still no call. Do I rang back to have the same stuff said, just a different day. I told them this was unacceptable as im paying for a service they have stopped providing. I got placed on hold then the phone line went dead. I rang back straight away and boom same script. ... I finally rang back for the fith time today and requested a manager tobnake a complaint as over the week I've had ever reason for the fault thrown at me, I even had a customer service person tell me yesterday I reported noise and cracking on the phone line. ... a conversation which never even took plsce but was written down in the notes? ?? This manager went through the exact script and followed the same checks as the other four previous said n did. To tell me... Yes you've guessed..... you have a network fault I will email them now and get them to call you... yes hahaha you've also guessed that too... in the nagic 48 hours.. so I stopped him and said I've already been told someone woild ring from here but noone botheted so why are you saying the same thing and noone will ring because noone rang before. He then saud I have marked this as important and in the notes you have said youll be repirting this issue and the run around bt have given you to ombudsman not to mention you have also stated you were going to leave bt for voda line free broadband but had to cancel due to the high early leaving charges and that bt rang and told you your account was ok glad you weren't leaving and all your services are ok up and running but two days later your broadband stops

Well guys I can now see why bt are losing customers and after reading the endless complaints about the solid orange line n being turned off for wks n endless calms to bt india for the problem to still be there. .. well im now thinking I should have oaid the four hundred pound and left anyway.
Never been treated this bad by bt before n my parents haven't either. So im sat here unable to do anything until this so called call from 'the network specialist team' , which I know wont come and I'll be back on the phone getting put through to Ibdia to gave the same script spojen to me and the same merry go round started all over again.

This phone is rubbish to write a forum post with. I just red my post back and it looks like im drunk or can't spell I hate predictive text and these tiny keyboards for my fingers suck.

As for posting its been solved John45, well you clearly know sonething I don't as im still unable to access the Internet. New it would be a complete waist of time posting here. Well I'll just wait now to see what Ombudsman do for me and if BT think they're getting their bill paid when it arrives, they have a shock waiting

Only you can mark a post as solved please just contact Paddy B the forum mods will own your problem personally until fully resolved I Strongly suggest you do not withhold payment as that is only going to cause further problems
