Boot reason: watchdog reset (cause: 0x0) - Home Hub 5

Since problems at Christmas where it seemed many of us were cut off the internet (or it seems on the forums here) I've been having problems daily at my parents' home. Their internet seems to cut off around 11am - 1pm every day - the light goes red, then green then blue and the Home Hub 5 goes through a period of resetting for around 10 minutes every day.

It's highly irritating and all BT could suggest was that it was interference and that we should use the 2.4 and 5GHZ channels to avoid the intereference. I did that, and we've also tried a second Home Hub 5 to no luck.

I've just checked the logs and the message we get is "Boot reason: watchdog reset (cause: 0x0) - Home Hub 5" before it goes through a powering up and blocks devices from connecting until it's sorted itself out. Some days this is just a 10 minute thing, but sometimes it can last an hour.

Any suggestions for what's up?

have you checked line for noise - dial 17070 option 2  should be quiet and best with corded phone

are you using the test socket with a filter to eliminate ant problems with your internal wiring

can you post hub stats - troubleshooting then helpdesk
