I have the home hub 4 and for some reason the connection seems to be very unreliable. One day we will be getting a good connection about 800kb/s up and the next day we will be lucky to get 50kb/s up.
This is incredibly inconvenient and we really cannot understand why this is happening.
Any advice on this would be much appreciated
are you on fibre or adsl (copper)?
run btspeedtester and when first test completes run diagnostic test and post results must be done wired
enter your phone number and post results remember to delete number
