Broadband issue, connection slow, but no connection drops (statistics from router posted)
Connection is dire, watching a youtube video brings the broadband to a halt.
Speed is meant to be a standard 7mb adsl connection.
Router type Draytek Vigor 2860n
I've tried replacing the Filter, cable and router, same issues (other router doesn't have the DSL Status as its an older model)
Is this a line issue outside of the building? ISP states line tests from test socket show no issues, been trying 3 months for them to send out an engineer, they just keep calling me every 2 days and asking me if its any better, my response is always "no"
