can you go to hub manager then troubleshooting then helpdesk and post your stats please

Well that looks to be a good connection Marg ...

SNRm is a tad high but should resolve with time.

Your BT speedtest and line profiles are set, and giving you good throughput on ethernet.

Eventually once it stabilises and you use good cable management and placement, you might even see g.inp

Do a review of stuff and refer to the recommendations for placement and keep power and data cables tidy and segregated as much as you can.

I think you've been unlucky somewhere with placement.

Thank you - I now have to find how to permanently fix the wire draped across the front of of the house. Cat Happy or maybe how to move the hub to a more central point.......and perhaps be grateful the ex plumber didn't do any plumbing on our house. "*glug glug*" Cat LOL

Or ... you could save up, and get Openreach to install the latest SSFP in a more "usable" place. £££s but worth it. 🙂
