are you currently in test socket? Connection time only 5hrs is that due to router dropping connection or manual reset?
can you run btspeedtester and when first test completes then run diagnostic test and post results.
it appears that your profile is low and that is reason for low download speed but btspeedtester will show profile
i removed duplicate post
download speed is 0.13mbps
upload is 0.10 mbps
and ping is 187.25
seems to be getting worse. im not currently in the test socket however i was yesterday at bts request and results were no different.
router been connected 5 hours i reset it last night, so im guessing it has possibly disconnected at some point during the day.
That's not results from diagnostic test but from the first test. You need to run diagnostic test which follows after the first test. Only that test shows your profile

You should not need to change your user name for diagnostic test it follows thefirst test but you need to enter phone number. Test 3 need change username but don't want that test

Profile is correct but your download speed is below acceptable level - was test done wirelee or wired?
