The speed of my internet connection dropped down from 7-8 to 0.2-0.4 in the last 3 days ( day and night time ). Moreover the reuter get disconnected several times ( on/off ) No change at home, 1 device just. BT customer support unable to explain. Test tun and confirming low speed. Can you please help ?
try quiet line test dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone
try using the test socket iwyh a filter even if you currently have a filtered faceplate as this should eliminate any internal wiring as causing the problem
