Can someone at BT please explain whats going on with the Infinity Rollout !

My Exchange has today slipped to July 2011 .... its original date was September 2010 - everytime we get within 2 weeks of the date, it moves three months. One more slip, and it will be a whole year behind schedule.

The best bit, the infinity site tells me, good news your exchange blah blah blah!

I have checked and although it says the exchange is done, nowhere the exchange serves can get Infinity.

How hard can it be to get a proper Date ?

Rik (fed up with waiting)

Correct it is not on the current list there are still many exchanges of the 5500 exchanges to be activated it is a long term project the list is by no means all of the exchanges that are being activated
