Help us improve our process for when you experience home Wi-Fi issuesx
We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
I've just started my contract with BT and my NAT type connection has gone from open to moderate on call of duty black ops 4.
I'm trying to DMZ my PC however i cannot see it in the list of devices. I can only see the ps4, phone etc. There's no option to manually add it. Does anyone know how to add PC's?
I have port forwarded my pc by manually placing my ip address in but it hasn't worked and the NAT type is still moderate. I have also allowed Black ops 4 through the public and private firewall. I have also been through the internet protocol version 4 and set the ip adress manually coping the date from the ipconfig from the command promt window.
