Complaint

I am so fed up with broadband issues for 6 month and I seem to spend my life talk to Mumbai with no resolution!!!! And still no broadband. Any ideas or shall I just cancel the service?

In order to find out what services and speed range you should be getting, please enter your phone number into this form.
Broadband availability checker


Please remember to edit out your phone number before you post the results.

 
Could you please post the results from the BT Wholesale speed checker, including the further diagnostics.
 
What is the problem with your broadband?

 

Is your phone line working, and is there any noise on your phone line?

 

Cancelling could prove very expensive if you are in a contract. Its best to get things sorted on this forum.
